Mr. Capusan has extensive experience in the real estate market in Romania. He started by buying rural land and building small cabins in vacation areas near Cluj-Napoca. These cabins immediately were very popular and Avram sold many of them with little or no advertising because of strong word of mouth advertising. Avram went on to purchase land and develop it and then build upscale swiss-designed chalet style homes in and around Cluj and his homes are in very high demand and sell as quickly as they come on the market. These homes feature all of the amenities you would expect from a custom home and features that you don't expect but he includes.
In addition to larger residential development projects, commercial real estate also is an area that Mr. Capusan has experience with and his knowledge of the assemblage and putting all of the pieces together is invaluable. Larger commercial retail land and developments in Romania are in high demand and Mr. Capusan through his knowledge of the market and many contacts has access to properties that often don't come on the open market -- they are sold before they do.
